Proudly owned and operated by Imagine the Possibilities, Inc., Hopefully Yours Thrift Store is more than just a place to shop; it’s a place where every purchase makes a difference. Revenue from the store goes directly back into Imagine, supporting vital services and employment programs for individuals with disabilities. From promoting independence to expanding opportunities, every item sold helps strengthen the care, support, and employment services we provide.

Meet James, an individual who receives employment services supported by revenue from Hopefully Yours Thrift Store:

James, and individual served, was introduced to the IPS program in January of 2025. He wanted to be able to find employment that would align with his mental health and justice involvement barriers. After multiple job opportunities that were unfortunately unsuccessful, James’ IPS specialist was able to connect him with a local grill. James was successfully hired on as a cook in January 2026!

James has absolutely loved his job, expressing his initial struggle for employment and thankfulness for his new position.

“I struggled finding a job because of my background, but with the assistance of my IPS specialist, I have a purpose with my life and am earning money to work towards being on my own and buying a vehicle.”

We are so proud of James’ hard work and cannot wait to continue to watch his success unfold. We thank him for sharing his story.
