Got this at an Estate Sale over the summer for $1. I had it listed on eaby for $229 as I saw other listed that high...and I did accordingly. I had a buyer make an offer of $80 a while back and I decided to decline and wait a while. They came back and told me how unreasonable I was and that I was NEVER going to get what I was asking. I was tempted ( $$ in hand..) but decided to hold my ground. It sold this evening for $229.95 plus shipping much to my delight!! I am so glad I looked these up while at the Estate sale so I knew what they were worth. It wa super hard to keep my mouth quiet as I paid $1 each for the 12 that I got that day. This was the most valuable of all the kits, for sure. Happy day for me!! S

I have an confession to make. Its not easy to admit either. I have a problem with acquiring too many of a certain clothing item and I really need some help. Well..Im just kidding here, but I do have a good amount of SHOES that are listed and for sale on e-bay. There is a strong market for both new and pre-owned shoes. I am not listing them locally as I just don't have time for that , but thought I would post here .if you see a pair you might like.. just PM me and ill pull up the details

Creating a large amount of work for myself ...but have decided to have a garage sale this weekend.. here at the house. Friday 8-2 and Sat 8-12. A little bit of just about everything. Have crafting, fabric, vinyl, some clothing, books, and lots of things from my re-seller stash that sell more at garage sales than on e-bay. I will post signs on Friday morning and also run an ad on Facebook., Have several other people who will be selling their items also. Oh..my huge stash of project wood...its also going to be up for sale.
