Has anyone ever drink Green Tea mixed with Dandelion Root tea? As I’m reaching my 40’s 🤦‍♀️ I’m noticing I experience bloating if I consume sugar, milk, creamer, cheese and processed food. I’m taking this as a sign for me to listen to my body to be aware and reduce or stop the consumption of these items. Which is challenging for me as I drink coffee daily and am heavy on the creamer! Thinking about Think coffee mushroom next but we will see!

After doing a little research I came across green tea and dandelion root tea combo.

Umm I put a tea bag of each in a core water bottle and allowed it to sit. I’ve been drinking it and ummm.. it’s working clearly… maybe it’s a mind thing but I already feel better. Have used the restroom a few times so I don’t suggest trying this for the first time if access to a restroom is not convenient lol but umm it is working! This is only day one of improving gut health! Let’s see where this goes!

Im posting to low key hold myself accountable being consistency has been an obstacle for me in the past!

Adding some facts on both green tea and dandelion root tea. I purchased some cheap tea bags from Walmart of each less than 10 bucks. The taste isn’t bad. But I’m sure you could add lemon, ginger, cinnamon, or honey to this to alter the taste to your liking!

If anyone has tried this let me know your experience? Or if you plan to try this let me know. We can do it together!
