Every venue has its own personality.

Some spaces ask for airy, garden-inspired florals. Others call for clean lines, softer textures, or a more refined color palette. Before I ever begin designing, I’m paying attention to what the venue is already telling me.

That’s why no two Piper Rose weddings look the same.

My goal isn’t to fill a space with flowers. It’s to create florals that feel like they belong there, complementing your venue, your season, and your story in a way that feels natural and effortless.

Hey friend! 🌸 Piper Rose Floral is looking for a Studio Prep Helper to join the team.

This is a behind-the-scenes role during wedding weeks. Think flower processing, keeping supplies organized, and occasionally jumping in as event-day backup. No floral experience needed to start, though if you’ve got a green thumb or genuine interest in flowers, that’s a nice bonus. Down the road, there’s real room to grow into actual design work if you show you’ve got an eye for it.

What it looks like
🌿 About 3-4 days a week during active wedding weeks (not a standing weekly thing)
🕰️ 4 to 6 hours a day
📦 Processing flowers, organizing the studio, pulling supplies, occasional event-day help

What I need from you
✅ Reliable, detail-oriented, good communicator
✅ Your own transportation
✅ Comfortable lifting and hauling (a filled 5-gallon bucket can run 40+ lbs)
✅ No floral experience required, just a willingness to learn
