Take-Aim Firearms is a veteran owned company that provides firearms sales and safety training for individuals wanting to obtain their Pistol Permit in New York and Utah. We are also one of the only companies that provides DOD LEOSA (HR 218) firearms qualification for retired/separated members of the US Military that qualify for LEOSA credentialing due to Military Police career. We are also a SOT holder and can provide NFA items to individuals that qualify as an exempt person under NYS Penal Law.

Democrats in both chambers of Congress have announced a plan to outlaw about every common semi-automatic firearm with a detachable magazine.

NYS has a magazine limit of 10 rounds...... real question is, does it have a belt restriction?
