Tonight my ex decided it was ok to have his new Love to stay at my farm in his mother granny flats,he is a piece of work,and doesn't pay for anything while I'll contribute all funding towards managing the costs,

Does anyone know if there is a way to get out of child support?

I took a loss with letting go of alimony because we don't have alot of equity in our home, but I wanted to stay for the stability of the kids.

We had our permanent orders hearing and the Judge was a senior judge and wants time and will make her decision next Wednesday.

Our agreement was I take the home in exchange for no alimony.

Our minute orders says, " Respondent shall pay no spousal support and petitioner (me) waves maintenance"

So he asked the judge to pay no child support and count it as maintenance or something like that.

My attorney says she don't think there are any statues that say you can do that.

I am in Colorado. I am nervous about that. I cannot get left with nothing I am barely getting back to work.

Any input greatly appreciated.
