As someone who suffered PPD and PPA I wanted to make shirts that help bring awareness to them. PPD & PPA are both very real and very scary as a mother. I remember crying and crying and thinking the worse thoughts you can think as a new mom. I had no idea what was going on because it was never talked about to me before hand. Let’s bring more awareness to the table and talk about it. You are NOT alone.
