Organization in the kitchen is imperative, especially when camp setup is late. And we are late because there must be a “better” camp site if we just keep going. Anyone else set up camp in the dark, then try to get dinner before it’s too late?

We found water resistant bags for dishes and utensils (link below). These bags keep dishes clean and help absorb impact from the dirt roads.
