Just a few more days till the
I am beyond excited to be a part of this market and even more excited to be sharing a booth with this incredible artist I call mom! Here is what .peace has to say about her process:

I have always been a nature lover and gatherer of rocks, shells, and feathers.
After an extended period of personal loss, I needed to find a path forward. I am fortunate to live on Lake Keowee in South Carolina and began to take daily walks with the intention to pick up one interesting item. My “gatherings” stayed in a box in my garage for several weeks until I began to have a vision of how to create something of interest. I began making tapestry weavings on branches and later wind chimes with twigs, beads & shells. Over the past 2 years, I have been weaving baskets from kudzu.
This quote form a t-shirt sums it up. “I go into the woods to lose my mind and find my soul.”

It was such a fantastic day the the .nc Apple Harvest Festival (in large part due to my OUTSTANDING helper .rs ) thank you to all of you that showed up today! I’m already looking forward to next year!!
