Booth's Sugar Bush Did you know that Booth's Sugar Bush Maple Syrup is run by Ryan, Emily and Ryan’s father Jim? Every step in the process is overseen by one of these three.

Ryan learned the process as a young kid growing up in the family. Making maple syrup dates all the way back to the 1980s for this family and started out as just a hobby and now is a growing business. Thanks to all their amazing customers and word of mouth recommendations they have been able to grow their supply every year with this past 2022 season being their largest yet, tapping 480 trees and producing 171 gallons of maple syrup.

2026 maple syrup season is officially in the books. We collected 7,627 gallons of sap and ended up producing 130 gallons maple syrup. It is hard to believe that from the 2014 season until now we have collected 86,279 gallons of sap and have produced 1,600 gallons of pure maple syrup. Thanks to all of our great customers, we get to spend the spring of every year out in the woods doing what we love.

The sap is finally starting to flow after a week of being froze up. We collected 800 gallons today. So far this season we have collected 3,500 gallons of sap and have made 68 gallons of syrup. 🍁🥞🍁
