Firstly; “collectors” who buy $500 LPs for social media flexing but don’t buy 7in are posers. If you buy LPs because you prefer the format and don’t like 7ins because you don’t like that format; we like you.
Moving on, as promised, here’s some highlights from the recent post-punk/indie collection going out around 2pm today. Box behind the counter, no holds, no taking to listening station, no walking around with them. they’re all VG++ to NM. No offense but we know the “slip the single in the cheap LP trick.” Cynical and jaded. No offense.
Anyway, it’s not a huge batch, the collector sold off a lot of his stuff previously (to us, actually) but these were his “keepers.”
There’s more than pictured, and there’s a batch of great stuff (more early Cure/Gobies etc) I misplaced at the shop, hope to find it by 2!
I had no idea how insanely expensive the “no address” Radio Free Europe on Hib-Tone was until I looked it up. Bananas. I priced it for $1500 less than the current asking price and $150 less than the last sold.
No holds, in store only please don’t call to ask if we still have something, sorry. We welcome trades, don’t bring crap.
