The talented Jen was helping to price the fabulous order yesterday. It was super fun to dream up new combinations based on how the flats landed off the truck. Jen chose chocolate cosmos with vanilla cream petunias. I envisioned dry containers with senecio ‘orange glow’ vine with silver bush (calocephalus) green Aeoniums and (eventually) green dichondra.

And those bitty blooming will be adorable in hard to water planters.

In continuous motion this morning… Geranium ‘Dark Roast’ dancing in the breeze and me unloading perennials. I’m *supposed* to be a native plant species purist, but when something arrives that will look fabulous in so many places I can’t help but get excited! More heat tolerant and foliage improvement over Geranium maculatum ‘Espresso’

hesitation because of potential weather but Saturday is a go! Lots of new perennials, the preliminary list is posted and I will be adding daily. Papaver ‘Patti’s Plum’ dreamy …. Epimediums, Hellebores and the Jack-in-the-pulpit just started emerging….

What: lots of little perennials, some seasonal bits and tulips, a cross-selection of shrubs and trees all of which will be updated tonight, I promise.
