This is part two of a three-phase restoration to bring the spot back to its pre-2004 glory — with original bricks still intact and just enough new concrete to keep it alive.
Massive shoutout to , Gotham Park, The Skatepark Project, and Vans for making it happen.

We got kicked out of the first skate park we tried to ride and were told by two very angry park “managers” that “this park is only for skateboarders” which to me is hilarious because when I was a skateboarder as a kid we were kicked out of everywhere. People are funny, if the world tells them something is ok then they’re ok with it but if the world says it’s not aloud they’re willing to get punched in the face defending a rule they didn’t make.
If someone’s fun bothers you, take a look at yourself.
