My friend broke her hip several months ago and has recovered to the point that she travels about our senior residence facility by wheelchair. The facility provided a wheelchair, but it was heavy and had no foot rests. I ordered the Feather Lightweight chair and she loves it. The staff also admires and approves of it.

We paid for white glove assembly since the electric bed package we ordered was being delivered directly to a family member's room at a care center and we could not be there to unpack and assemble it in a timely manner. The installation appointment was professionally scheduled once the delivery time was finalized, and ex*****on happened exactly as communicated. Plus this adds assurance it was setup correctly and functioning as expected.

Very good value for the money. The bed is sturdy and the electrical movements are quiet. Mattress is reasonably comfortable for only being 6". Only complaints are that the mattress is so light it slides around some which could become a safety issue, and the rails that came attached to the bed are not approved by the care center and had to be removed.
