If youâve been feeling stuck with your skin, try writing this out:
Whatâs in my current routine?
What consistently helps?
What consistently causes issues?
It doesnât have to be a whole system. Write it in your notes app. On a post-it. Wherever youâll actually keep up with it.
Then choose one part of your routine to change. Just one.
Give it 2 to 4 weeks and pay attention to how your skin reacts.
This is how I learned to approach skincare from my time in the lab. One variable at a time.
Itâs slower, but it works.
