Hey Guys 👋Long Post but I just wanted to go over my hours and what's required to complete your appointment.

My hours are as follows:
Tuesday and Wednesday 12 - 5
Thursday and Friday 12 - 7

I accept walk-ins in between appointments

EVERYONE MUST HAVE A VALID PHOTO ID

RULES FOR MINORS
15 AND UNDER
Must have a Birth Certificate and an accompanying adult listed on the Birth Certificate. Adult must have a valid photo ID.
EARLOBES ONLY

16 & 17
Must have a Birth Certificate AND Valid Photo ID AND an accompanying adult listed on the Birth Certificate. Adult must also have a valid photo ID.
