What a lovely day it is out there! Still a bit gusty but dry🙂
We experienced the power of the storm here yesterday.
The greenhouse plastic, along with 4” bolts and the 2x4s screwed into the greenhouse were ripped off the greenhouse and lay in the road.
Nobody was hurt, and Izzy’s car was sitting right by the mailbox and there wasn’t a scratch on her car.

Thanking and Praising God for His constant watch and protection😊.

Ed’s going to pick up new plastic and the other stuff he needs to put it back together later today.

On another note- we have milk, yogurt, eggs, honey, sourdough bread, and STRAWBERRIES🍓

Eds cut some Beni Houshi - it is an Asian green and I’ve added a link that you can read about it. Much like Swiss chard- you can sauté it in garlic and butter or add it to broth with some dumplings 🥟 😋
We have labeled them Asian Greens in the store.
(The second picture is of the rainbow chard in the store too)
