Crespo wants to bring customers a nice selection of whiskeys, spirits, and wines from small family-owned distilleries and wineries that are made with love and passion—unlike some of the better known mass-produced brands. We want to support local brands and introduce these craft spirits and wines to our customers.
This single-barrel, barrel-strength selection is clocking in a 104.4 proof (52.2% abv). The recipe on this is (OBSO): Mashbill B, 60% corn 35% rye and 5% malted barley. Noted for its rich fruity taste and spicy medium body. The bourbon was aged 10 years and 8 months before bottling. As is their general MO: the team creates 10 different recipes, using 5 different yeast strains, and 2 different mash bills. Each recipe brings something unique to the blend, but every once in a while, a single barrel stands out. This is a private barrel selection specifically for the New York market and cannot be found elsewhere.
