As we head into Memorial Day weekend, we want to take a moment to remember what this weekend is truly about. ❤️🤍💙

This Monday at 9AM, we’ll come together for our Murph community workout at Grit & Glow Fitness + Recovery. Before we begin, we’ll have a moment of silence and prayer to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

We would also love to honor your loved ones. If you have a family member, friend, or someone special who has served or fallen, please send us their photo/story so we can include them on our memorial table inside the gym. ❤️

Whether you’re local or visiting Broken Bow/Hochatown this weekend, we’d love for you to come be part of something special with us.
