A new WL addition this year and I wish I’d grown her sooner! Very full, cupped waterlily petals even in summer heat. She’s instantly become one of my top 5 waterlilies because of this, but also due to her dark pink petals, prolific blooms and long, dark stems. A must grow if you love waterlilies.

A late addition to my season, but clearly she’s a pretty early bloomer! Cool toned 5” blooms atop long straight stems. She’s a little wobble headed for me so far but let’s see if that clears up. I have a feeling she will get more purple as the season goes on.

Such beautiful fluffy blooms! Not quite blush pink, not quite buff peach - West Coast is sort of a chameleon with bits of cream, white and ice pink among its more saturated colors. Stems are long and blooms are 5”. She is quite productive for a larger dahlia.

Perfect in every way 😍

Glowing peach petals that get more pink towards the center. Petals are completely tubular - such a fun texture!

Sturdy stems with excellent bloom attachment and upward facing blooms for bouquets.

Don’t worry her stems are long! These blooms were from a quick little deadhead session.

A wonderful cut with super strong long stems. This dahlia blooms its head off for me! Apricot orange with a darker center, and a touch of green in the middle. It sometimes throws some coral shades for me! It makes a great cut flower.

Another beautiful new introduction from River Merle Farm! Hailey has been knocking it out of the park with these dahlias!

Flowers sit a little lower on the plant so cut your first stems deep and the stems will elongate. Plants have large leaves and a bushy habit. They have produced an abundance of blooms already. I was so sad my tuber rotted but glad I took a bunch of back up cuttings so I could grow this beauty!

Ruffled & fluffy light purple blooms on very sturdy stems. She’s easy to cut from!

I can see how she would not be everyone’s cup of tea because she likes to show her green center, though this does appear to close up more as the season progresses (just not completely). I actually don’t mind this trait for this particular dahlia.
