CONGRATULATIONS Brad Yoder on catching and releasing a 33” (25.5” girth) black drum. He used shucked surf clams leftover from our last tournament on May 16. Good and STINKY! Brad along with Michael “BUBBA” Williams led the team to a 4th PLACE finish in today’s WSFC Tournament. Along with a shark, Bubba did a fine job catching and releasing a cownose ray.

Dave was out at the cove fishing for flounder and was surprised when his rod bent and found this 30” striper that inhaled his Gulp.
This Spring run has outstanding to say the least. Stripers and drum have kept the anglers VERY happy and then throw in a some sheepshead’s and blues and it really has been the perfect Spring season.
The winds are blowing East but will drop off at lunch time and it should be very fishable after that.
We still have fresh shelled Riptide Rotter’s and also Fresh bunker. We also still have a good selection of the “glide” baits from Tactical Angler and Bucca and also some Chop Blocks and Nessie’s on the shelf.
We have all that you will need to have a great day of fishing even if the weather is a little off 🙂
