It has been a tough two weeks for me and my family. I had to fire an employee for stealing a large amount of cash daily from my register for close to six years. In the end, it was so bold that it almost made us go bankrupted. Not sure if I was going to be able to make payroll or order inventory some weeks. Treated this person like family and they were one of my best employees. They did pay a small portion back which was what I had on camera and could prove. I can only imagine the amount that was taken over the whole 5-6 years of employment. Please bare with us as we try to recover. Can already see a difference since getting rid of that employee.
