Howdy!!

We will be at the Lake Jackson Farmers Market this weekend. Beef available for sale:
Roasts
Ancestral burger (5% liver &heart)
Chuck steak
Round steak
Beef ribs
Oxtail
And a few other cuts. Sorry we are sold out of rib eye, filet, top sirloin and NY Strips

We will also be collecting deposits for whole or half steers for our October processing date. (April is sold out).

I look forward to visiting with you.

PS. Our friends will have their local honey for sale also.

Calving season has started!! 2 calves in last 24hrs.

Two new heifers to our herd. They came all the way from NW Wyoming. We are very excited to get them into our breeding program next year!!

Howdy,
We will be at the LJ Lake Jackson Farmers Market this Saturday. New for this month we will have rendered beef tallow available from our steers along with the primal beef and other cuts.

And Honey too!!

P.S. We are sold out for our April processing date. Next available processing date is October 2026. We will take reservations to secure a 1/2 or whole steer for this October date.

Looking forward to this weekend's Lake Jackson Farmers Market with Overholser Cindy. We will be there to talk about our grass fed&finished beef. We will have most cuts available fresh from the butcher.

Our next processing date is in April 2026 and we have already started taking reservations.

Couple of communication bullet points for ya'll

We will not be at LJ Lake Jackson Farmers Market this week. We plan on being there in November.

Sold out - we are sold out for 1/2 or whole steers for our October processing date. We are taking reservations for our spring processing date now.
