I just wanted to give a big thank you to Linda Nicholson who came all the way up from Clarksville, Georgia to bring me this book. It contains history of the Scroggs family when they first came to the United States from Scotland and landed in Pennsylvania in the 1740s. It was from there that my line of the Scroggs family moved south into North Carolina in the 1770s.
