To our valued customers YES WE ARE OPEN!!!
As covid-19 Progresses throughout our communities In Connecticut, we want to make sure we continue to be vigilant during this time to keep our customers and staff safe.
We are implementing a new system for the time being. The following systems will be implemented until further notice. Our goal is safety first, no group interactions, faster transactions, the least amount of people in the store, the safer it will be for everyone.
-there will be a limit of 1 customer only at a time inside the store to conduct their business. Once that customer has quickly and efficiently conducted their business they will leave the store. The next customer in line or waiting outside will then enter the store and conduct their business.
-we WILL be buying product as usual.
-we WILL be pawning product as usual
-for any extensions or renewals we ask you have your ticket number and ID available. We will process your payment and issue you new paperwork without entering the store.
-if you are looking for a specific item please ask an associate and we will guide you through the process. We ask that you refrain from browsing so we can keep the visit fast and efficient for everyone’s safety.
We appreciate your patience with us during this unprecedented time As we are doing everything we can to practice social distancing while we continue to provide you with the customer service you are accustomed to from SILAS DEANE PAWN.
