We will no longer sell any h**p flower and hardly any gummies. The Florida Department of Agriculture raided our business this morning. While all of the flower we sold was legal and has the proper paperwork to prove it. We bought it from legitimate wholesalers. The agent claims incorrectly that all THCa must be below .03 percent. That is wrong and she was unable to show me in the statues. She is using the rules that apply to extractions. A different animal. I have filed a complaint with the state but there is not much more I can do. We are poor and cannot afford lawyers to protect us. I know that sounds crazy but watch those cooking shows like bar rescue and you'll see what it's like running a small business. Within a mile of us there are at least 50 businesses selling the same flower just poorer quality. Yet we have been threatened with fines and other bu****it for the same thing everyone is selling.
Here's the kicker. We don't advertise, or promote any of this because we are afraid of losing our square POS. So I asked her and she said maybe a customer turned us in. I'm not sure for what but here we are. That was 25 percent of business just taken from us.
I'm not willing to put up with too much more of this s**t.
