Wrapping up looking at a small local collection this morning so I’ll be at the shop today and open at 12 noon instead of 10 today. Hopefully there will be more treasure like the Silver Surfer #1 X-men 100 & 101 , Captain America 100. These and some other didn’t last long once they were put on the walls. Fantastic Four #49 is in fantastic condition. It’s complete and fully intact. Staples are tight and solid. No rust. App pages are secure with little to no staple pull. Off white pages small minor corner crunch it top spine corner. Spine is clean with minimal creasing. Spent 2 hours looking at comps sold on EBay in the past few months. 1st Appr of Galactus 2nd Silver Surfer and first time on the cover. Selling this solid silver age key for $900.00. Firm on price low ballers go find one this nice elsewhere. Nuff Said really does say it all sometimes.
