NOW HIRING: Full-Time Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Customer Service Representative. If you enjoy helping people, working in a team environment, and delivering excellent service, we want to hear from you!

Position Details:
• Hours: Monday through Friday
• Saturdays: Rotating Saturdays will eventually be required
• Status: Full-Time
• Location: The UPS Store
406 W. Washington Street, Suite 5
Brainerd, MN 56401

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and care
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain a positive and organized workspace
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction


Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable using computers and basic office software

• Being able to lift minimum 50lbs

We will be closed tomorrow September 7th in celebration of Labor Day! We hope you all have a fun and safe Holiday and we will see you Tuesday starting at 9:00AM.

Our new store hours as of today are as follows:
Monday- Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Saturday: 8:00AM- 2:00PM
Sunday: Closed

These hours will remain in effect until November 2. We will then go back to our normal hours prior to COVID.
