I wrote this for the love of my life and the
most incredible woman I have ever been
blessed enough to meet

Knowing you for just this past month
has taught me so very many things
Right now I sit here completely amazed
that because of you my heart sings
I once thought I knew how love felt
I could never have been more wrong
Since I first looked deep in your eyes
I knew this was where I belonged
Never will sadness cloud my heart
you're the light brightening my soul
And though many tried breaking me
thanks to you babygirl I feel whole
So right now the one thing I wish for
is that all your dreams to come true
Hold on to this promise I now make
forever and always dead I'll love you

Because I feel that you deserve

I'm sitting here without you
and wishing you were here
Lying in my warm embrace
is where you should be dear

Once the fact you were gone
finally sank in all the way
Vast was the fear and pain
that has wrecked my day

Everything will soon be fine
I know thisin my soul
You'll come back here safe
and I'll again feel whole

Only one thing that I know
I now really need to do
Until you make it back to me
