Hey friends,
It’s a surreal feeling to finally sit down and write this letter to you all. If you told us back in 2016 that VanVal would become what it has turned into, then I simply wouldn’t have believed you. As many of you know, the FDA’s PMTAs are scheduled to take effect on September 9th, which will drive out thousands of small businesses so that the FDA can stand to profit millions of dollars off of the few companies that will be able to survive. It is with a heavy heart that I inform you that we will be closing our doors for good come September 9th.

It really has been such a pleasure serving all of you for these past four years. My brother, Nick, my best friend, Kooper, and I (Jake) started VanVal when I was only 19 years old, and what a ride it has been. To be honest, I don’t think any of us actually believed that we would make it this far, but I am so glad that we did. I am beside myself with just how many people have become part of the VanVal family throughout this journey. It has been a very special experience getting to know and develop a relationship with so many of you. We are genuinely grateful for every single one of you, and for all of the support you have shown us over the years.

Now, for some quick business. Nick and I put together an order of long sleeve t-shirts, short sleeve t-shirts, and sweatshirts to make available for you guys while we’re still around for these next few weeks. You can find them all HERE. We will be doing one restock of them before we close down, so if you are interested in purchasing some swag, then please get your order in before September 9th. We will leave everything fully stocked on the website. With that, if what you ordered is in stock, then we will get it shipped out to you ASAP. If we are currently out of what you ordered, then you can expect it to ship within the next month. I hope that is okay, as that is the best method we could think of in order to ensure that everyone who wants a shirt or sweatshirt can get one. Think of it as a half preorder with the added excitement of gambling!

Aside from the shirts, we will be offering 35% off all of our eLiquid from now until September 9th in order to give everybody an opportunity to stock up on our juices. Just use codeword GODSPEED at checkout. Unlike normal circumstances, we won’t be able to refund the discount amount to any orders that have been placed prior to this email, as our going-out-of-business sale has been timed to get rid of the limited amount of overhead that we have left. Additionally, we will no longer be offering any free shipping options in order for us to account for the clothing and bulk orders. However, we will be using flat rate shipping for all orders, which is the cheapest method that we were able to find. With that being said, we will ensure that everything remains in stock during these next two weeks to make certain that everybody is able to get exactly what they want and need.

Again, thank you all so much for the support you’ve given us during these last four years. I really do not have the words to express my gratitude. We sincerely wish the best to each and every one of you, and will forever cherish the memory of what you all helped us to create. It has been a wild ride, and a true pleasure. Thank you.

First time taking the boys out this weekend, and we had a great time. Was so cool to have things come full circle and see them work with each other. So fulfilling.

Also, good news on the v**e front. Sounds like a judge postponed the Montana v**e ban ruling until Oct 30 thanks to some lawsuits being thrown at them. There is still some hope that things will be reconsidered. @ Hinsdale, Montana
