We are excited to welcome another new addition to our production team, Lily Ranger! Lily Ranger

Originally from Roseburg, Oregon, Lily graduated from Montana State University in May 2026 with a degree in Music Technology and a Business Certificate. Her love for music began at a young age and grew into a passion for becoming a multi-instrumentalist, with a primary focus on euphonium throughout her collegiate career.

Lily brings experience in studio recording, live-streamed performances, sound design, post-production, and live sound engineering. Over the past year, she has specialized in live sound while working with a variety of musicians and music venues in Bozeman. One of her most memorable professional experiences was serving as an Audio Engineering Intern at the Bravo! Vail Music Festival in the summer of 2025, where she worked with world-class ensembles including the New York Philharmonic, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Philadelphia Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra of Europe, and Sinfónica de Minería.

Outside of work, Lily enjoys hiking, camping, cooking, and spending time with friends. She is thrilled to join the Jereco team and looks forward to continuing to grow her skills while contributing to the world of live production.

Adding another MSU Music Technology graduate to our production team is Emma Wahl! Emma Wahl

Emma is from Eau Claire, WI. She has been working events with Jereco for the past year, and is excited to take on a full-time audio and stage technician role! Outside of work, she is a songwriter and guitarist, and loves to cook, go camping, read, and spend time with her friends outside!

An incredible event last night for the annual fundraiser for Greater Gallatian United Way. Celebrating 30 years of supporting after school programs for kids and working families, more money was raised for the next generation.


9 local chefs came together to feed everyone at the event as well!

We are excited to welcome Jeff Higgs to our Jereco team! As COO of Jereco Studios, Jeff leads operational strategy, organizational development, and performance across Recording, Live Events & Production, and A/V Integration—ensuring the company’s systems, people, and processes scale with its growth.
He oversees day-to-day operations, division leadership, talent development, financial performance, and long-range planning, with a focus on building scalable systems and a culture of accountability and craftsmanship.

Jeff brings over 20 years of leadership experience across federal communications, broadcast engineering, business development, and complex technical operations. His background includes roles at One Diversified and the White House Communications Agency, where he led high-visibility, zero-fail broadcast operations. He also served as Chief Recording Engineer for “The President’s Own” United States Marine Band and in the United States Marine Corps Fleet Bands.

Jeff holds an MBA in Music Business from Southern New Hampshire University and Berklee College of Music, and a BS in Music Business from Full Sail University. His honors include an EMMY Award, the Meritorious Service Medal, and multiple Navy and Marine Corps commendations.

Congratulations to all the Northwest Chapter Emmy Award nominees. A big shout out to our very own! Sean Hartford, Luke Scheeler, & Jeremiah Slovarp.

Collectively, Jereco sound engineers received a whopping three nominations in the Audio category this year working on MontanaPBS productions: The programs include, Handel’s Messiah with Baroque Music Montana at Hope Lutheran Church, 11th & Grant with Eric Funk, and the Montana State University School of Music Holiday Noel concert at Holy Rosary Church.

Sean and Luke are both graduates of the Montana State University School Of Music’s Music Technology degree program and Jeremiah is a member of their teaching faculty.

A fourth nomination was picked up by Jeremiah in the Entertainment category for production of 11th & Grant with Eric Funk.
