I am passionate about my walk with the Lord. My desire is to be used by Him to build His kingdom here on earth. My life changed significantly and for the good when I retired from the U.S. Department of Agriculture in 2019 after spending 20 years doing social science research. I then made another drastic change in 2020 when I resigned from serving as an adjunct professor at a local university in Ma

ryland after 24 years. I am now mostly doing what I have dabbled in a bit over the past few years but have always wanted to do more, and that is to write books to edify the body of Christ and equip the saints. I write to challenge and inspire Christian believers to move beyond the norm. I earned my doctorate in child psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park. I tend to blend my knowledge of psychology with ministry as I often find myself addressing emotional issues in the church.

The choice is yours. But understand this, there is no middle ground. You either walk with God, or you walk away from Him. You either live in His presence, or you live in emptiness. You either burn with His fire, or you freeze in spiritual death. There is no neutrality in the kingdom of God. There is no safe place of casual Christianity where you can have just enough religion to feel comfortable but not enough to be transformed.

This is the call. This is the challenge. This is the invitation of heaven to your soul right now. Come and walk with Me. Leave everything behind and walk with Me. Know Me, love Me, serve Me, and I will make your life count for eternity.
Will you answer? Will you surrender? Will you seek Him with all your heart until you find Him?

The world does not need more Christians who fit in. The world needs men and women who walk with God and stand out, who carry His presence, who speak his truth, who live in His power, who refuse to compromise, refuse to conform, refuse to settle for anything less than the fullness of God.

Do you walk with God? Not do you believe in God, not do you go to church, not do you call yourself a Christian, but do you walk with God? Is your life characterized by intimacy with Him? Do you know His voice? Do you seek His face? Do you live in His presence? Or have you been living a Christian life without Christ? Going through the motions without the master, performing religion without relationship.

Spiritual fasting is a powerful discipline that helps quiet the distractions of the flesh so we can hear God's voice more clearly. It deepens our intimacy with Him, strengthens our dependence on His power, sharpens our spiritual discernment, and cultivates humility and self-control. Through fasting, believers position themselves to experience greater breakthrough, renewed faith, spiritual growth, and a deeper awareness of God's presence and purpose in their lives.

You cannot walk in darkness and walk with God. You cannot harbor compromise and walk with God. You cannot live for yourself and walk with God. The light exposes everything. And when you walk with God, His holiness reveals every shadow, every secret, every sin that must be confessed and forsaken and crucified.

You cannot walk with God 5 minutes a day and expect intimacy. You cannot give Him your leftovers and expect transformation. You must give Him your best, your first, your all. It will cost you your comfort. Walking with God means leaving the safe places, the familiar places, the easy places. It means stepping into the unknown with nothing but His promise to guide you.

The secret to walking with God is found in the secret place. It is cultivated in the quiet hours alone with Him, in the prayers no one hears, the tears no one sees, and the battles won on our knees. It is develop[ed through surrender, as self dies and Christ is formed in our hearts.
This is where spiritual strength is developed. This is where the anointing is nurtured. This is where we learn to recognize His voice, obey His commands, and trust His promises even when circumstances are uncertain.
The public victories of a believer are rooted in private encounters with God. Long before anyone sees the fruit, God is at work in the unseen places, shaping character, deepening faith, and drawing His children closer to Himself.
Lord, help me to value the secret place, to seek You when no one is watching, and to desire Your presence more than the praise of people. Teach me to walk closely with You, hear Your voice clearly, and follow You faithfully all the days of my life. Amen.

We are not called to pursue the praise of people but the pleasure of God. Our focus should not be on building our own platform but on advancing His Kingdom. Rather than being consumed with protecting our image, our greatest concern should be reflecting His glory. When God’s approval matters most, everything else finds its proper place.
