YES WE ARE STILL OPEN!!

During these trying times we are still here to serve our loyal customers. We are taking this situation very seriously and are following CDC guidelines as well as monitoring the situation daily. We are sanitizing all surfaces multiple times a day and our staff are all wearing gloves and masks as well as washing their hands in between each transaction. We are taking drastic majors to minimize contact between our staff and customers. In doing so we are only allowing 2 customers at a time in the store and are practicing safe distancing. We are also offering curbside pickup which we strongly suggest everyone use unless you're needing a full setup. We have also made changes to our hours of operation for the time being to Mon-Sat 11am-7pm and closed Sundays.

**ATTENTION ALL**

House bill HR 2339 – The Reversing the Youth To***co Epidemic Act – would ban flavored va**ng products and online sales in all 50 states. If this passes the house vote on Thursday, this bill will truly be "a bill designed to destroy the va**ng industry."

This bill includes a variety of provisions that will affect v**ers and the industry, including :

FLAVOR BAN – Prohibits products containing “characterizing flavors” other than to***co – unless they are specifically approved by the FDA and are proven to “significantly increase the likelihood of smoking cessation.”

ONLINE SALES BAN – Prohibits all non-face to face sales.

FDA USER FEES – Gives the FDA authority to collect $100 million in user fees from the va**ng industry annually, which will increase prices.

SYNTHETIC NI****NE REGULATIONS – Orders FDA to regulate products containing synthetic ni****ne.

ADVERTISING RESTRICTIONS – Extends all FDA rules on the sales and marketing of ci******es to va**ng products, including advertising restrictions.
