About the team:
A Brand Experiencer is part of our internal experiential and sales department that services a retail
environment. We manage brand representation, customer relationships, brand knowledge ex*****on, and
success.
We are looking for a Brand Experiencer to join our growing team of creative and sales powerhouses in our

What You'll Do:
• Build relationships with a fast growing customer base.
• Be a positive and energetic representation of the brand and our mission.
• Guide and educate new and existing customers on the Sherpani message.
• Assist and inform customers on products and their design details.
• Assisting with retail events and retail marketing strategies.
• Maintain sales goals.
• Merchandise the sales floor on a regular basis.
• Merchandise and assist with our showroom visual representation.
• Maintain a tidy and well-organized store environment.
• Cultivate an inviting and positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the other staff.
What You Have:
• Preferably 1 - 2 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• An outgoing and upbeat personality, willing to interface and interact with customers on a daily
basis.
• Experience and passion for sales, merchandising, visual presentation and brand mission.
