Believe it or not there is a vision here. There is. And for any Judy McJudgingtons, that are looking at this and thinking it was stupid for me to do while the store is open….. maybe for normal people. I’m feeling all right. I like moving when I feel like moving not when the calendar or specific days tell me to move.

There’s a very specific feeling I’ve learned to trust over the years. A specific call to action… I’ve been sensing it coming over the last couple months related to the shop. I knew the shop was wanting to get moved around energetically but it wasn’t dropping in strong enough for any action….just a slow build up. I knew I would know when action was ready to happen.

I didn’t know it was going to hit this morning!! I walked in, looked around, and suddenly… everything started moving. Shelves, furniture, displays. The whole shop is getting rearranged without me even having a fully formed vision yet.

While this looks like chaos and I feel a little nervous, I have observed myself long enough to understand that the way my Frequency works best is by allowing clarity to come in as I move, not before. (This is why it’s probably best for me to not have a partner in the shop with me as it can be nerve-racking to those that are comforted more by a plan and often causes a lot of judgment pointed my way by even the most loving people who just don’t roll the way I roll 🤣!!)

Thankfully this time it’s “just” furniture and not my entire life being uprooted again 😂

Also somehow the universe always seems to protect these moments. Every time I go into full chaos mode at the shop, it magically ends up being a slower traffic day where I can actually hear myself think.

So probably avoid Open Light Energy today and it looks like a crystal tornado rolled through… just know we’re in the middle of an energetic recalibration and I’m soooo excited to see where it lands!

Finally, I will be replying to emails and messages tomorrow. Those that sent messages to RSVP for the Meditation yoga session on June 2 with Buddhist nun, Do, I received your rsvp’s and you guys are on the list because you reached out first! I’ll send out confirmations tomorrow.

I know I’m surrounded by crystals all day, but today I wanted to come stand on the Earth itself… to feel rock under my feet, breathe mountain air into my lungs, and ground into the incredible beauty Source created for us to experience!!

Feeling incredibly grateful for where I am in my life and for the journey that led me here. Colorado still takes my breath away.

Also… 😂 I am definitely not a hiker by any stretch of the imagination, and heights are not exactly my thing. But hey growth is in all steps!

Sometimes the view waiting on the other side is worth it. 💛

Just a quick reminder that Open Light Energy will only be open from 10 AM – 1 PM today as we close early to host Carl Lorch’s Muscle Testing Training workshop!

This community-based class is all about learning how to communicate with your body’s own nervous system to better understand what strengthens or weakens your energy. We’re excited to hold space for this empowering experience and grateful to everyone joining us. 💛

We’ll return to our regular schedule on Wednesday at 10 AM.

Mother’s Day isn’t only for celebrating perfect relationships.

It’s also for honoring the mothers who raised themselves while raising others. The women who became their own safe place. The ones who broke cycles quietly. The nurturers who kept going even when they had little support themselves.

Rose Quartz carries the energy of unconditional love, compassion, gentleness, and emotional healing. It reminds us that love is not weakness. it’s one of the strongest healing forces we have.

And for those navigating grief, loneliness, distance, or complicated emotions this Mother’s Day… remember that Mother Earth still holds you too. The earth beneath your feet continues to support you without asking you to earn it.

May today be a reminder to soften toward yourself as well. 💗
