Here's your full guide to pretreating a stain, the BClean way!

1️⃣ Act fast. Blot, don’t rub, any excess with a clean cloth or paper towel so you don’t push the stain deeper into the fabric.

2️⃣ Rinse with cold water. Hold the back of the stain under cold running water to flush as much out as possible. Avoid hot water because it can set many common stains like blood or dairy.

3️⃣ Pretreat with BClean liquid detergent. Apply a small amount of our liquid laundry detergent directly to the stain and gently work it in with your fingers or a soft cloth, focusing on the stained area only.

4️⃣ Let it sit. Give the detergent 5–10 minutes to break down oils, food, and everyday messes before washing as usual (longer for older or tougher stains).

5️⃣ Wash on the right cycle. Wash with your regular dose of BClean detergent on the water temperature recommended on the garment’s care tag.

6️⃣ Air-dry and repeat if needed. If any stain remains, skip the dryer (heat can lock it in), repeat the pretreat-and-wash steps, then air-dry again until the stain is gone.

Cold water washing also has other benefits:
