BEETLE JUICE, the toxin flushhhhhh. I know the thoughts of beets nauseates most but the combo of vegetables really do make the beverage quite tasty and trust me, gets the job done. I wish more of you would give it a chance but I understand completely. Either way, there she is 😌 🥕🍊🫚(🥒)

What helps you stay focused on a goal? Old pictures? New? For me it’s both, while still embracing my current look. What keeps me going is the way it makes me feel. I eat healthy because I genuinely like it BUT, when I don’t, I make up for it because I’ve mastered discipline and a o can you. Don’t beat yourself when you mess up and go on a downward spiral, 🗣️GET UP, you have shxt to do 😉💋
