Trailer is at cypress bend subdivision on maize street 5-7p! Today

Bossier location will be closed tomorrow! Shreveport will be opened 8:30a-2p!

We will be opened 10:30a-1p thursday and CLOSED Friday at bossier location , it’s just too hot. We are having to install all new ac unit! We do have fans but will remain doing cold items and French dips and muffs in air fryer, soup and desserts . Should be back
Regular schedule and menu Monday 🙏 we have drive thru, pick up , Togo or dine in!! Shreveport location will be opened regular time go check them out !

Our ac won’t be fixed until Thursday or so..with that being said , we will open tomorrow with limited menu! We have 3 “window” units and fans that makes it below 95 degrees but if we turn grill and ovens on, not so much. So we will do cold items , salads, soup , desserts tomorrow. I’ll bring my air fryer for French dip! no burgers!! All the employees working have agreed and not putting anyone in danger (against their will 😈) one thing is the trailer has got us accustomed to
110+ degree weather! Fat Tuesday crew are the GOAT 🐐!! They want to
Be at work even in extreme measures. So come see them
Tomorrow and bare with us!!

It’s been a week for Fat Tuesday Trailer! Served almost 800 people this week in 10 hours serving time in over 110 degrees inside the trailer!! Couldn’t do it without every single employee at Fats! There’s so much more that goes into the trailer part that no one sees!! Not only are they stocking and prepping for the trailer , they stock and prep and cook for both Bossier and Shreveport stores!! Pretty proud of Fat Tuesday Crew!! So if you see a Fat Tuesday crew member please tell them great job!!
