Policies and Procedures!
� Please keep track of the items you claim. Photos will not be sent. Please only claim items that can be paid for within 24 hours. Removing items claimed on a live sale will not be allowed. Holding items will not be allowed. Thank you for respecting this and understanding!
� Invoicing is done after every live sale or album sale. If you claimed an item on a “PreClaim” invoi

cing will be done once item arrives. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours from the time it is sent out. Please only claim items you can pay for within 24 hours. You may not roll over invoices to the next live sale/album sale.
� Shipping is a flat rate of $4. Shipping is charged once a week (Monday-Sunday). You will receive a tracking number via email, once shipped it is the responsibility of USPS to fulfill shipment.
�All sales final. Items damaged during shipping process will be replaced upon notification within 24 hours of delivery. Paid postage will be sent out for return.

My son is my biggest supporter and the sweetest boy I know. My new order came in today and he saw a few pieces that he wanted me to set aside for his sister, his step mom and myself! He paid with his own money that he earned from his chores! He also helped me set up my display and hung up every piece for me! ❤❤
