Our Programs are designed to help musicians of all types and all ages develop their talent in a nurturing, yet professional, environment. Unlike most lesson studios, The Music Shop even has its own Recital Space, and hosts student performances on the premises. Lessons offered in: Piano, Voice, Guitar, Ukulele, Mandolin, Bass- Upright/Dbl/Electric, Drums, Violin, Viola, Cello, Flute, Clarinet, Recorder, Saxophones, Trombone, Bassoon, French Horn, Cornet, Music Theory, Jazz Theory, & Jazz Studies. Jazz Studies at The Music Shop This is a weekly 60 minute class is intended for highly motivated saxophonists. Jim Saltzman will teach you; the ins and outs of tone production and proper articulation;the essentials of jazz theory and composition: and how to apply these skils in proformance on thier instrument. Instrument Repair

The Repair Department is one of the attributes that distinguishes The Music Shop from other music stores. From minor adjustments to complete restorations, all repair work is done on premises in our 3,000 square foot repair facility. We have ten full-time, trained instrument repair technicians and two luthiers to insure that all work is completed with the utmost care and professionalism. Our repair facilities feature a large parts inventory, a complete machine shop for making custom parts, and a state-of-the-art ultra-sonic cleaner. We offer one-week turnaround on most repairs.
