They say all disease begins in the gut. Learn to cut it off at the pass by reading this terrific book, "The Mind Cut Connection" by Emeran Mayer, MD.

Combining cutting-edge neuroscience with the latest discoveries on the human microbiome, a practical guide in the tradition of The Second Brain, and The Good Gut that conclusively demonstrates the inextricable, biological link between mind and the digestive system.

Pro Builder Media has released their 2023 list of Housing Giants, the top 240 homebuilders in the U.S. ranked by their 2022 revenue. Congratulations to the following members for earning their spot on the list:

🏠 Don Julian Builders/New Mark Homes KC ( #165)
🏠 Rodrock Homes ( #167)
🏠 James Engle Custom Homes LLC ( #182)

Pro Builder conducted polling amongst the Housing Giants to ask what they anticipate the top five challenges of 2023 will be. The biggest challenge by far was rising interest rates, followed by the economy, increased labor and material costs, home prices and finding skilled labor. Potential opportunities within the homebuilding market were identified as well, citing improving operational efficiencies, niche marketing opportunities, market expansion, better product marketing and single-family build to rent as possible bright spots. Read the full list at www.probuilder.com/2023-housing-giants-list.
