Can you tell which product is Cedar and which product is Douglas fir? we used both on the front of our office. They look very similar expect Douglas fir costs 45 % less than Cedar .

Sometimes I show a customer a unit of 1x6 tongue and groove pine and the character just makes me want to take a picture of it. The blue stain, red heartwood and pitch streaks look pretty cool together
