One of my favorite places to escape after work is into my garden. Yesterday I picked what is probably my last little crop of raspberries. And today I made this yummy raspberry crumble. If you haven't yet made a crisp/cobbler/crumble, you are missing out! Trust me: It’s yummy and super easy! All you gotta do is mix together, crumble and press it into a crust, add raspberries or your fav fruit, and sprinkle a little more crumble on top. Voilà!⠀

Mix together for the crumble:⠀
4 tablespoons butter, melted⠀
1/2 cup rolled oats⠀
1/2 cup flour⠀
1/4 cup brown sugar⠀
1/4 teaspoon baking powder⠀
pinch of salt⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In another bowl, mix together 1.5 cups raspberries, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp cornstarch, and a squeeze of lemon juice.⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Press about 2/3 of the crumble into two 4-inch ramekins or an 8” baking dish and bake for 5 minutes at 350. Pour the berry filling over the crust and sprinkle remaining crumble on top. Bake for 7-10 mins more until bubbly. Serve with ice cream!⠀Thank you for recipe!
