This is a luxury service not unlike getting your nails done, your hair, facials, tattoos, etc. WHY is it a luxury service? You are paying someone to help provide you with a specific outcome in your life, they are using their time, LOTS of energy, their knowledge and gifts to give you what you desire, not unlike any other luxury service.

If you think any witch's prices to be extravagant or unfair, I encourage you to learn yourself, read some books, watch videos, join groups and practice! But if you'd rather "get your toes done at the salon" then do them yourself, you know where to go 😅

Cord cuttings and third party removals are similar, but they really are two different kinds of workings.

A cord cutting is usually focused on severing energetic ties between yourself and a person, situation, habit, belief, version of yourself, attachment, etc. The goal is release. That doesn’t always mean the other person is “bad” either. Sometimes it’s just about letting go of something that no longer needs access to your energy.

Cord cuttings can also involve multiple people at once depending on the situation. Family dynamics, friend groups, unhealthy social circles, old attachments, things like that.

Third party removals are more targeted toward removing interference from a connection or situation while still keeping the main connection intact. So instead of fully severing ties, you’re trying to remove outside influence, distractions, gossip, manipulation, competing energy, or another person affecting the situation.

They can look similar ritual-wise, but the intention behind them is completely different, and I think intention matters more than making the ritual look aesthetic or complicated.

There’s definitely overlap between the two, but I think understanding the difference helps a lot when deciding what kind of work actually fits the situation.
