BOISE, THIS ONE’S SPECIAL.
A while back I reached out directly to Pushead and asked if Modern Sounds could get copies of the new Septic Death Bleached Era Forty 40th Anniversary Edition of Now That I Have The Attention What Do I Do With It?
The answer was yes.
Not only did we get them, Jon personally stopped by the shop to hand-deliver them.
I also want to give a huge thank you to a handful of friends in the hardcore and record community who helped put in a good word, made introductions, and helped make this happen. Without that network of friends, this probably never would have happened. You know who you are, and I’m grateful.
For those who know, Septic Death is Boise hardcore royalty. Originally released in 1986, Now That I Have The Attention What Do I Do With It? remains one of the most influential hardcore records ever created, and this long-awaited Bleached Era Forty edition was overseen by Pushead himself with expanded packaging, bonus material, and incredible vinyl variants.
We’re the only shop in town that received copies, and we’ve only got a handful total.
