Do you want to help be apart of a new Boise summer market tradition? Maybe you also own a business; but it’s not craft or vintage based and you want a booth and in on the fun?

We are trying to grow an event that’s not just a market; but a place to learn, grow, connect, support local small businesses, shop from handmade vendors, and find unique vintage finds. Get a tattoo, make a craft, trade a trinket. Meet a new friend. Find a new business.

I’ve reached out to so many people about this market and have heard back from less than 10% of them. I am trying to grow our community here; and I’m pretty determined. So I’m posting the sponsorship deck; and if anything on here calls to you, reach out! Let’s connect! [email protected] is the best way to reach us.

All sponsors will get highlighted on all marketing, and a booth in our sponsorship alley.

It’s been one week since the Makers and Creative Entrepreneurs Conference that organized and I’m still buzzing with creative energy.

Such a good weekend. Collaborating, sharing space, listening, learning, sharing knowledge. Spent some actual time in Missoula, which turned out to be not enough at all. Went to so many cool places, and was fueled by Clyde coffee each day. I already can’t wait for next year! 💫

Sagebrush was a sponsor of this event and I led a session and spoke on a panel about wholesale vs consignment. It was an honor, despite the imposter syndrome, because I don’t feel the same here in Boise, I truly don’t get welcomed into business spaces like this here. I felt seen, heard, welcome, and like my inputs and knowledge and experience mattered.

If you really know me, you know I’m a quiet and reserved person. Networking and connecting is hard for me, but it was so nice to be pushed out of my comfort zone for the weekend. That’s where the growth happens. I met so many wonderful people and learned so much.

Also, Missoula rules. Thank for the amazing weekend.

One of the driving forces behind creating Sagebrush, even back in 2022, was the repeated phrase from other makers “I just wish we had something different, a new market, a big summer one, etc.”
And over the years hosting a pop up EXPLODED, and there are one off ones all over. But we still don’t have many annual, consistent ones. And it’s taken over a year for our to be consistently busy and a community event.
Community building takes time and work.
And we’ve built a great foundation over the years.
But what if we all worked together to build something bigger?

We are trying to plan our inaugural summer market, but an event is only as strong as the people that make it up, the vendors, the community that builds it. If we all want a large, fun, busy summer market in the Northend of Boise, we all have to create it and take part. What does that look like to you? Volunteering? Vending? Shopping(our fave hehe)? Popping up with your fave non profit? Maybe you want to sponsor the event?

We are officially looking for sponsors for this event. We historically have not allowed “info” booths into our handmade markets, but we are growing and expanding, and are having different sections; such as vintage vendors and non profits, and we want to have a special sponsorship section for the fellow Boise businesses that want to see our creative scene grow. What does sponsorship look like to you? We are open to monetary sponsorships to help fund our booth sponsor program for emerging artists, and we are totally open to trades. Maybe you’re a print shop that can print us flyers in exchange for a booth? We already had a sign painter reach out and offer a handpainted sign- a truly priceless sign we will use for every market going forward. We are open to ANYTHING! Let’s work together!

We want to bring the community together into a huge event. Come be a part. We are an inclusive, welcoming community, and we want you to be a part however you see fit.
