It is with a heavy heart that we're announcing the closedown of Combat Hair 😢 Many of you have been with us since the beginning: BJJ Hair Probs ➡️ Jiu Jitsu Hair Probs ➡️ Combat Hair. We started as a small page dedicated to hair tips for women in jiu jitsu. It morphed into the very FIRST ever tournament Braid Booth, where we braided so many of you for some of the most important moments in your life.🏅YOU have always been why we have loved this business. It was always our favorite part! The feedback we received was always INCREDIBLE.

🗣 "One less thing for me to deal with on comp day!"
🗣 "I can't believe this hasn't been done yet!"
🗣 "We come get braided by you every time we compete here!"

We even grew into retail, creating training apparel, casual apparel, and even an amazing shampoo/conditioner bar. 🧼

And we've even had several copycat booths pop up along the way 👀 Can't be too mad about that though....we know it was a great fu**in idea 💡 So much so that we tried to trademark the concept, but alas, we couldn't fight that legal battle. We will ALWAYS be known as the Original Tournament Braid Booth, we always did it best 🏆

Though we love what we did with this business, it was always a side hustle for us both. And to put it simply, we have come to the point where we are choosing to focus our time on our other ventures. 🫡 We've truly done SO much, and we couldn't be more proud of what we created here, together with you all. 🤗

That being said, we are liquidating all inventory, and keeping the online shop up through December with heavy discounts. Head to COMBATHAIRPROBS.COM to check out what's left, no codes necessary. This Instagram page will remain active so you can still be inspired by our braids for training and competing. We'll do our best to respond to any messages after the first of the year.

Thank you to EVERY single one of you who has come to our booth, visited our website, asked us for hair advice, liked, commented, shared our content, or engaged with us in any way.  It's because of you all that we were able to achieve all that we did.

Reflecting on our awesome weekend at Reno Worlds this past weekend and all the awesome people that made it happen! Huge thank you to Jack the boss man for making sure we were taken care of all weekend and the guys at for always welcoming us to the vendor fam at this event! Of course another huge thank you to anyone and everyone who came by to show support, get braids, give us encouragement or came by to say hi again from last year! We had an absolute blast and can’t wait to do it again next year 🫶🏻

We'll be returning ti World of Wrestling in RENO Thursday 4/4 - Saturday 4/6 🎉 This will be our second Braid Booth at this 3-day mega wrestling event, so come through! We'll be ready to rock at doors open and will be available as long as we're in demand! No appointment needed, first come first serve, but we'll try to prioritize based on mat time.
