Employee Spotlight: Truman Young

Meet Truman, our Dispatch Manager and an important part of the Idaho Tents & Events team for the past five years!
Truman helps keep our crews, trucks, and event deliveries moving in the right direction. Behind every successful setup is a lot of coordination, and Truman plays a huge role in making sure everything gets where it needs to be.
When he’s not keeping things organized at work, Truman enjoys playing guitar and spending quality time with his wife, Xyanne, and their two boys.
We’re grateful for everything Truman has contributed over the last five years and are excited to shine the spotlight on him!

Garrett was told we needed photos of our new curved bars...
We didn't realize he'd fully commit to his modeling career.
After striking poses and making sure the bars looked their best, we figured he'd earned a well-deserved Mexican lunch.
Thanks for being a good sport, Garrett! We think the bars stole the show... but you gave them some solid competition.

Our fabrication team recently designed and built this custom bridge for an upcoming wedding, creating the perfect pathway across a small creek at the venue.

Last week, our team had the incredible opportunity to train alongside Canvas Unlimited on how to install our new Twin Pole Tidewater Tent over our Groove Flooring in Tetonia, Idaho.
Expanding our equipment is only part of the process—making sure our team is trained to install it safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards is what matters most.
