From now until 👉 January 9th 👈, For everyone that ask for it, I will be giving away a printable set of the blank order taking pages so that the little ones can take their "little bakery" cooking experience up a notch. In the mood for some fudge? 😍

This is an easy recipe found on page 42 of Micro-Bake Magic. There's so many ways to change it up. I sometimes get carried away and end up with my counter looking like an "All You Can Eat Fudge Buffet". 😟

In case you don't have the cookbook, here's the quick recipe for chocolate fudge:

❤❤❤👉Easy Chocolate Fudge👈❤❤❤

6 tablespoons Chocolate Chips
3 1/2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk (TIP: Buy the
squeezable container and not the can so that you can store
the leftover in the frig)
Pinch of Salt
OPTIONAL: Nuts of choice, few drops of vanilla extract

1. Spray your mold with nonstick spray
2. Melt Chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in
microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds. Stir. If not completely
melted, melt and additional 10 seconds and stir. Repeat until
melted but do not overcook
3. Stir in Vanilla, pinch of salt. Fold in nuts (optional)
4. Pour into mold and allow to chill in frig for approximately 2
hours

Enjoy!!!

Most of our cake recipes call for a small amount of egg since they are individual servings. One of the toughest parts for kids is measuring out the 1 1/2 teaspoons of egg. Plus, if you don't have egg beaters on hand, it can be wasteful if you're only cooking one cake. We don't want EITHER of those things so here's a GREAT way to eliminate both of those problems!

Substitute EQUAL parts of applesauce for the egg! This works for the cakes, cookies, & brownie recipes.🥳🥳🥳

1. It's super EASY for the children to measure
2. Safely store the remainder in your frig so that you have
some on hand tomorrow when they're ready to open their
"bakery" back up!

Here's our Base Mix Recipe that takes your Hasty Tasty Pans to the next level! Makes 10 Individual Mixes!

2 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour
1 1/4 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
10 small "baggies" (ex. Ziploc ®) Snack size works great!

1. Mix all dry ingredients together VERY WELL by sifting together a couple of times to make sure evenly mixed.

2. Divide the mix into 10 equal proportions and place into individual baggies. Should be just a little over 5 tablespoons in each bag.
