Anyone else light a candle while tackling the never-ending cleaning? 🙋🏻‍♀️🕯️

Today’s pick was Girls’ Weekend, and I forgot just how good this one is! Think passionfruit, pineapple, banana flower, and cotton candy all blended together into the perfect fun, fruity scent.

I only have 3 left in our limited marigold concrete sets, and once they’re gone, that’s it until next year. 🌼✨

One of my favorite parts of this little business is the unexpected connections it brings. ❤️

During my beach getaway, I met my Airbnb host—also a German Shepherd Mama!! She mentioned another guest staying at the same time has shepherds too!
I couldn’t help but bring a couple of candles down for them to enjoy.

I also made custom “Girls Weekend” candles for a sweet group of ladies on their girls’ trip visiting from Pennsylvania.

Moments like these are a reminder that it’s never just about candles—it’s about people, memories, and the little connections in between. 🕯️🌊

One of my favorite things about antiquing is imagining what something could become. I’m always on the hunt for unique vessels that can be turned into thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gifts. 🕯️✨

And then sometimes… you come across a German Shepherd mask that absolutely deserves a photo. 😂🐾

What a perfect day for brunch and painting! 🩷🎨🕯️

These ladies spent the afternoon sharing dishes, laughter, and plenty of chit chat while creating something special together. It was laid back, relaxed, and a reminder that sometimes the best gatherings are simply friends around a table enjoying each other’s company. This group of ladies had the choice of Morning Mimosa, and Bourbon Strawberry + Vanilla. These will get filled and returned back to the guests to enjoy!

One thing I love about running this business is having the freedom to create something simply because I think it’s fun and special.

The Firecracker Flight is one of those projects.

Truthfully, this isn’t a huge money maker for me. There’s a lot of time that goes into sourcing the oils, packaging, labels, and all the little details that make it feel complete. But I had this vision for a patriotic summer collection and couldn’t stop thinking about it.

Last night while pouring the white candle in the collection, American Tide, a friend stopped by. She opened the door and immediately asked what that amazing smell was.

She kept coming back to it and couldn’t stop talking about it, and even suggested putting it in foaming hand soaps.

As a maker, those moments never get old.

You spend weeks planning something, hoping others will love it as much as you do, and then someone has that reaction before they even see the finished product.

All 3 scents were created exclusively for this special collection in honor of America’s 250th birthday. I wanted this collection to feel nostalgic, vintage Americana, and full of summertime memories.

Think tart cherry, bright lemon citrus, and fresh strawberry on a hot summer day.

🤍 American Tide
A sweet coastal blend of juicy watermelon, pineapple, pink sea salt, and a hint of cotton candy.

💙 Liberty Blue
Fresh lemon and mandarin layered with coconut, grapefruit, driftwood, and sea moss for the perfect breezy summer scent.

Y’all… it took me forever to narrow down these fragrances 😅 I wanted each one to capture a different piece of summer with a patriotic twist. From county fairs and lemonade stands to beach days and fireworks at dusk — this collection was inspired by all the little things that make summertime feel special.

Each vessel has its own unique pop of fabric detail and comes nestled in brown crinkle paper inside a kraft window box for that vintage Americana feel. I absolutely love how these turned out, and the special “Celebrating 250 Years” label makes them feel even more meaningful. 🇺🇸🎆

About 11 years ago, I picked up one of the many hobbies I’ve tried over the years… sewing. 🧵

I had just found out I was pregnant with my son, and suddenly I wanted to make everything myself — blankets, boppy covers, burp cloths, fitted crib sheets… all of it. I spent so much time wandering fabric aisles looking for the perfect patterns.

I don’t really sew much these days, but walking through the fabric section recently felt oddly nostalgic… and inspired. ❤️🤍💙 I found myself picking out fabrics again — not to sew this time — but to add a fun pop of color and detail to an upcoming project I’ve been working on behind the scenes.

I have something special in the works for the 4th of July/summer, and it’ll be a limited release! I’ve never done anything quite like this before, so I’ve definitely been racking my brain trying to make it feel extra special. 👀
